Information you provide
We collect information you choose to send us, including your name, email address, company, website address, project details, messages, assessment feedback, and requests to review an assessment.
Website assessments
When you submit a website, our assessment reads publicly available pages and may check public search results, performance data, competitors, and mentions in AI-assisted services. We use that information to prepare your report and suggested next steps.
Assessment reports and recovery links are generally available for 30 days. A report owner may create a share link. Anyone with that link may be able to read the shared version until it expires or is deleted, so share it carefully.
How we use information
- To provide assessments, respond to inquiries, and discuss potential work.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services.
- To send a requested report, recovery link, reminder, or service-related message.
- To maintain records required for security, administration, and legal obligations.
Service providers
We use hosting, email, analytics, search, and AI service providers to operate the site and produce requested work. We limit the information sent to a provider to what is reasonably needed for that task and select business or API services appropriate to the engagement. Provider and retention details for paid work are documented in the applicable agreement.
Cookies and technical information
The assessment uses a first-party visitor cookie to keep access to your report in the same browser. Our systems may also receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security and operation.
Retention and sharing
Assessment reports normally expire after 30 days. Contact and inquiry records may be kept as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers working for us, when required by law, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing hello@cavendo.com. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, or legitimate business purposes.
