Using this website
You may use this website for lawful business purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, submit a website you are not authorized to assess, or use automated access in a way that burdens or damages the service.
Assessment results
The assessment is an informational starting point based on public information and third-party measurements available at the time of the scan. Results may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are not legal, financial, security, accessibility, or compliance advice and should be reviewed by a qualified person before you act on them.
No service engagement
Submitting a form, receiving an assessment, or scheduling a conversation does not create a consulting, development, or support engagement. Work begins only after Cavendo and the customer agree in writing on scope, responsibilities, access, timing, and fees.
AI-assisted material
Some reports and drafts are prepared with AI-assisted systems. These systems can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing material before publishing it, sending it to another person, or relying on it for a business decision.
Intellectual property
The Cavendo website, design, and original content are owned by Cavendo or used with permission. You may use your assessment for your own business purposes. Third-party names, content, software, and links remain subject to their owners’ terms.
Availability and warranties
We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features. The site and free assessment are provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every check, provider, or result will always be available.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Cavendo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on a free assessment. These terms do not limit obligations stated in a signed customer agreement.
